My main purpose as an OD practictioner and executive coach is to help the organization become more mindful of the basic principles of management: intentionality (alignment of all activities with the organization's mission, vision, and shared goals), regard for the human spirit (development of human resources, both staff and management, in a holistic and comprehensive manner), and corporate social responsibility (developing a wider perspective beyond shareholder interest, to include stakeholders, and thus, the community, whether local or global). I strive to facilitate the growth of the organization into a learning organization, building on both its successes and failures.
